The article critically intervenes on the March of 25 November 2018 (International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women) in the city of Chihuahua from theories about bodies in social protest, their relationship with the media and their interventions on public space as a tool to make allegations of feminicide violence seeable. In addition, it problematizes as a symbolic fact the elimination of the visual denunciation embodied in the traffic roundabout of Francisco Villa supported by the studies of post-memory and collective dismemory. It also raises the openness and relevance of cultural studies as a means of intervention in social-political realities.
